100% Cabernet Franc dry rosé, hand-picked and vinified for rosé from sustainably-farmed grapes. Own-rooted vines are grown on deep loess soils at 900-1100ft of elevation. Grapes were de-stemmed, sorted and crushed under foot. The natural pale-salmon color coming from 6 hours of skin contact. Fermented and aged in neutral French oak.
