100% Gamay. The estate's flagship wine, the “Grille Midi" is one of the great parcels of Beaujolais, with part in Fleurie and part in Chiroubles. Vines here are 40 to 60 years old and are in organic viticulture. This wine is savory with dry texture, finesse, and plenty of dark fruit. It has more aging potential than most Beaujolais wines, but is more than ready to drink now.
