Pichler-Krutzler Riesling Loiben 2020
From the winemaker: At the eastern gate to the Wachau region, in the so called Loibner basin these grapes are grown on river sediments consisting of a majority of gravel. At night, cool air from a side valley, the so called Menthalgraben is streaming down into the Loibner basin. This kind of terroir is resulting in very pure and vigorous wines containing high but ripe acidity.
