100% Chardonnay

The Special Club Cramant Grand Cru 2014 Gimonnet is vinified in stainless steel vats in order to maintain great freshness. Its dosage is extra brut (4g / l) thus highlighting the liveliness and minerality of this cuvée. The cuvée is fruity with spicy aromas. The palate is lively, mineral, with a touch of roundness. The finish is remarkable, tense and fresh.
